Create your own Easter egg at the Museu de la Xocolata

Housed in the former convent of Sant Agustí (36, Carrer Comerç), the Museu de la Xocolata is an initiative of Barcelona Pastry Chefs’ Guild designed to give people an insight into the history of chocolate in a fun, dynamic way. The museum is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm and on Sunday from 10am to 3pm.

One of the museum’s signs of identity are the workshops it runs for families and kids. We couldn’t let this special time of year for the world of chocolate go by without running a workshop to make our own Easter egg. You’ll learn how to decorate and paint this typical sweet treat in different-coloured chocolate.

The workshops last about 1 hour 30 minutes and are suitable for children aged 6 to 12 or as anactivity for the family. Please book before 2nd April.

At Barcelona Shopping City we recommend you visit the Museu de la Xocolata during your Easter break and enjoy a unique experience by taking part in one of its workshops.
