New interactive, multimedia spaces at the Poble Espanyol

The historic Spanish village, the Poble Espanyol, on Montjuïc is a member of our Barcelona Shopping City programme and is currently immersed in a modernisation process designed to make the visitor’s experience even more rewarding with new technologies and interactive spaces.

Welcome Area  Eight, 1.5-metre-high interactive screens featuring all the information visitors will need to plan their visit.

Feeling Spain Five immersive audiovisual spaces that will show visitors Spain’s rich and diverse scenery and culture in an accessible way. These spaces have HD screens and combine audiovisual and sensory experiences, including smell.

Fiesta A large-format audiovisual display using state-of-the-art technology to show some of the major events of popular culture and giving visitors an insight into the character of the people, the thrills, experiences, passions and, in short, the spirit of the country’s most representative cultures.

Come and visit this unique space in Barcelona in an open-air setting with a wealth of cultural and architectural attractions. Take advantage and discover the craft boutiques and workshops that are part of our Barcelona Unique Shops and keep alive time-honoured methods to bring you unique, high quality products.
