International Museum Day and Museum Night

On 18th and 19th May, and for the third year running, Barcelona will be hosting two special events on its cultural calendar: International Museum Day and Museum Night.

The 18th, International Museum Day, is a great opportunity to visit the city’s museums and enjoy the special activities and events they have organised. From guided tours and exhibitions, to concerts, magic shows, free workshops, recitals and many more activities to suit everyone.

Museum Night will be held the following day, 19th May, when the museums will open until the early hours, and admission to most of them will be free.

If you want to take a memento of your trip home with you, don’t miss the opportunity to visit Barcelona Unique Shops, an affordable showcase for the world of art where you’ll find books, design objects, gifts for kids and collectors.
