The traditional hard almond nougat, soft nougat and burnt egg yolk nougat, the speciality of the house, are complemented by the most innovative gourmet flavours: almond soufflé, historic-flavour nougats, biscuit nougat, gin and tonic, bread, olive oil and chocolate, Cherry Times… made by prestigious chef Albert Adrià. You’ll also be able to taste our nougats with your own personal tasting guide who will introduce you to the interesting the world of nougat.
