14th Barcelona Design Week

This year’s Barcelona Design Week will run from 12th to 20th June and is one of the most eagerly awaited events among fans of design and professional designers.

Barcelona Design Week (BDW) will feature over 100 activities, including lectures, exhibitions, workshops, installations, talks, architectural trails, open days, screenings, parties and other events associated with design, creativity and innovation.

For the first time this year, the event will be presenting “Diagonal Design”, a creative action trail stretching for 12 kilometres along of one of the city’s main arteries, the Avinguda Diagonal. It is an initiative of BCD (Barcelona Centre de Disseny) and will showcase iconic shops, shop windows, hotels, restaurants and other city landmarks inspired by design.
