The Souvenir de Barcelona awards were created in 2015 to recognise the quality of the souvenirs our visitors take home with them. The competition is open to artists, designers and people from all walks of life, and the aim is to draw attention to key elements of Barcelona’s identity and its iconic landmarks.

The competition seeks to encourage creativity and the design of souvenir objects that tell the story of Barcelona and Catalonia to the world. It fosters the talent of up-and-coming designers, new craftsmen and women, students and amateurs, while encouraging the community to take part with a people’s vote open to everyone.

On 19th May, the exhibition of the works submitted opened at the El Triangle shopping centre in the presence of the president of the Barcelona Shopping Line, Gabriel Jené, and the founder of the awards, Bru Recolons, and the voting period opened.

The winners will be announced on 30th May.
